I found Amy from Total Pet Control through a link from Pet Stop Fence.  From the very first day they were extremely friendly, helpful and made ordering my batteries a breeze.  She is very knowledgeable on even batteries for a different collar we had before we found Total Pet Control.  They always mail our items out right away since we live in Iowa and they understand when pet owners need batteries they need them as soon as possible. 

I strongly recommend their company to anyone who is interested in this great product.  We would not be without our fence for our dogs.
